Programme manager
We need someone who is passionate about ethical trade to develop a programme focused on improving conditions for vulnerable workers. You are a proven manager with more than five years' experience of project management and planning, especially in developing countries. Excellent communication and administration skills are essential.
Training assistant (part time)
We are looking for a training co-ordinator to assist our training development manager in all aspects of the programme. Our training programme takes companies through the steps of how to exercise their responsibility for the workers who make their products. Since its launch in 2006 we have trained over 140 organisations including major supermarkets and high street fashion retailers, and demand is growing rapidly. You will discuss training needs with companies, liaising with trainers, organising dates, maintaining the training database, producing training materials and helping promote the training. You will also assist in the development of a new e-learning platform. There is little teaching involved but you will need teaching experience.
